As a full-service titanium distributor, we offer CP grades 1 - 4 and a wide range of alloys including 6Al-4V, 6Al-4V ELI (or Grade 23), 6-6-2, 6-2-4-2 and 8-1-1. We stock a wide range of sizes in titanium bar and billet, titanium sheet, plate, and tubing, as well as unique products in titanium grades 6-7-9 and 4-3-1. Alloy Metals provides special shapes including welding wire, rings, round-corner square bars, forged shapes and billet stock.

Titanium Products

Alloy Metals supplies customers with a large selection of grades, especially in titanium rod and bar stock. Unless cut to length for specific shipping or customer requirements, all bar is distributed in 10-14 foot mill random lengths. Our Round Bar/Billet is available in Diameters ranging from 0.125"-18' diameter, while the Square Bars and Round Corner Square come in 0.25"-5" sizes. Our specialty metal center also stocks a range of commercially pure (CP) titanium sheet and plate, which we sheet as thin as .010" foil.

In House Titanium Processing & Custom JIT Inventory Programs

The titanium processing services we provide include precision bar sawing, special packaging, shearing, large capacity plate saw cutting, water jet cutting, and chemical etching. Our metals inventory contains a variety of grades and products, and our just-in-time-delivery ensures quality and commitment to our customers.
