Alloy Metals offers an extensive inventory, including hard-to-find large bar, billet, and forging stock. Our rod and bar stock includes Hastelloy, Waspaloy, 718, Inconel 625, X-750, and A-286.

High Temp and Nickel Alloy Sizes and Forms

Alloy Metals customers can choose from our wide variety of grades and sizes. All metal bar is supplied in 10-14 foot mill random lengths, unless cut to length for shipping or customer requirements.

• Alloy billet and forging stock ranges in diameter from 4"-24"
• Round bar/billet is available in diameters ranging from 0.180"-18"
• Square bar and round corner square in 0.25"-5" sizes
• Sheet and plate from .020"- 5" thicknesses. (some grades available as .008" coil)
• Nickel tubing stock ranges from 0.125'' OD through pipe sizes, in lengths of 10-40ft.

Nickel alloys are very resistant to oxidation and corrosion and are able to withstand extreme temperatures. Typical applications of nickel and high temperature alloys include aircraft and aerospace, down hole, oil and gas, power generation, and defense projects.

We also have a large selection of aircraft grade sheet and plate and nickel tubing for demanding projects that require strict specifications. In addition, we stock special shapes including welding wire, rings, round-corner square bars, forged shapes and extrusions to meet the unique demands of our customers.

Custom Metal Processing Services and JIT Inventory Systems

We offer a number of metal processing services including chemical etching and treatment, sheet shearing, precision bar sawing, 55,000 psi plate cuts up to 9 -inch thickness, and Near Net Shapes produced to your specific prints.

Alloy Metals employs a just-in-time-delivery (JIT) system to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. By working together with the client, we help build a materials forecast and create a JIT inventory plan that ensures you have your alloy metal supplies just in time for production.
