Alloy Metals is a leading supplier of aluminum alloy products, with a focus on high performance and aircraft aluminum grades.

High Performance Grades Available

Our grades include 7075 aluminum plate and sheet, commonly used in aircraft structural assemblies, and 2024 bar, tubing, and plate used in aircraft applications for hydraulic valve bodies and connectors.

Aluminum 6061 is the workhorse of the heat treatable aluminum alloys, used widely in transportation and building and available in bar, billet, plate, and sheet. High temperature aluminum 2219 is used in mechanical and structural applications where high strength and performance is essential.

Sheet and Plate Products

We have a large inventory of aircraft grade aluminum sheet and plate including 2024-0, T3, T6; 2219-0, T81; 6061-0, T3, T6: 7075-T3, T351, T7351.

Aluminum sheet is available as thin as .020" with many grades available as .008" coil. Plate stock to 4" thick is available to cut to your requirements via plate saw or water jet.

Alloy Metals offers a number of aluminum processing services including large capacity plate saw cutting, precision bar sawing, 55,000 psi cuts up to 9 -inch thickness, and near net shapes produced to your specific prints. Bar saws, deburring, chemical etching, special packaging, and sheet sheering services are available via our metal processing center.
